Galileo uses in-tree stmmac driver with Galileo-specific patches applied during the Yocto build process.
You can get full sources with patches applied after configuring the Yocto build environment per the BSP Build Guide (see Documents section of the community) + configuring the kernel by running "bitbake -c configure linux-yocto-clanton". The driver will be in the yocto_build/tmp/work/clanton-poky-linux-uclibc/linux-yocto-clanton/3.8-r0/linux/drivers/net/ethernet/stmicro/stmmac directory.
I'm attaching the contents of that dir to get you started
UPDATE: replaced building the kernel with just configuring - there's no real need in building if you only want sources.
