Installing the newest chipset driver won't solve this - Error Code 28

      D54250WYK with Windows 7, 32 bits.

      Upgraded to the latest BIOS.

Latest driver bundle installed (1st July 2014) WYK-WYB-Win7-32bit-Driver-Bundle-Jul2014.

I get the error (warning) Code 28.

I even tried to uninstall the network controller, then manually re-installed the newest chipset driver,, dated 9/23/2013 (newest I could find on the Intel site).

Then Windows automatically looks for a driver and fails to find one.

How can I solve this problem? Is there a driver that I can update manually from the Network Controller Properties window? Windows won't automatically find the driver.
