Intel DG45ID motherboard Channel A dimm 0 problem

I bought the DG45ID, and found a problem with it. Seems like both
Channel A DIMM sockets are broken. I use single 2GB Dimm Transcend JM800QLU-2G. MB beeps 3 times - no memory.

But, if I use any of Channel B DIMM sockets with the same memory stick, it starts fine.

Having no memory in Ch A dimm 0 prevents operation of the board's Management Engine, no Health status, no BIOS upgrades... CMOS clear does not help. I haven't changed memory timings at all.

      What do you think?
