The laptop is a Dell Latitude E4300 with Win7 installed.
The PROSet version is 220.127.116.11. Should I download the latest version?
The display adapter is Intel WiFi Link 5300 AGN v18.104.22.168 using the driver file, netw5v64.sys.
I'm told most of our Win users use Win7 and will be affected. Our current workaround is to use a non-Intel, USB wifi modem.

The Win7 laptop has the 5300 AGN card. The symptoms described in the 7260 posting in the Airheads Community website are the same symptoms I'm seeing here.
Ok, the latest Proset wireless sw is downloaded and installed on this laptop. I still can't connect to eduroam.
