I am having an issue when the new updated driver set for the HD3000 chipset is updated. I have updated it directly via the Windows update option, manually from intel, all with the same result. Once the new drivers are applied the system will not boot (blue screen). I have a Samsung samsung qx411-w02ub. My only option is to rollback the driver.

Perhaps you want to try with https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23377 version 15.28.20.64.3347 or the driver provided by the system manufacturer, which should work because it was tested with your computer.
