I am sorry to hear that have had issues with your SSD 530 series.
I have checked the list of tested peripherals for NUC and the SSD 530 does not appear to be tested.
It sounds like you have a compatibility issue; however, you can try running disk diagnostic utility called SSD toolbox.

issues solved, i had not seen that my NUC was not really up to date, bios was 028 and 032 is out. I tried the new one and everything works fine now, thanks
