In advance I apologize for my lack of knowledge on this topic. I have a Ssd Cache in my desktop and just recently I've noticed that on startup in the Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology - Option ROM screen its status is set to disabled. I've just recently noticed this although I have no idea if it has been this way since I first purchased the desktop. Regardless I assume that since it is technically disabled that it is not functioning properly.
My question is primarily if it is not supposed to be disabled how do I enable it? Or is it supposed to be disabled?

I understand SSD cache status is disabled at RAID BIOS.
This happens when SSD has been previously cached. Please check for any settings at BIOS level to see if smart cache has been disabled.
