Minecraft shaders crashes on load

Minecraft Shaders insta-crashes on Windows 8.1 on 3496 and beta 3574 , works fine on 9.17.10.3190 or with glitches on Ubuntu 14.04.

Laptop Specs :

Intel Core i3-3227u, Intel HD 4000.

Shaderpack used http://sonicether.com/shaders/download/v10.1Preview2/ http://sonicether.com/shaders/download/v10.1Preview2/ , Not just that shaderpack. every shaderpack I've tried on the internet crashes the game instantly.
