some further information for this.. I am running v25 of the BIOS.. I just saw there was a new driver bundle, so i tried that the driver version I trid to use is 18.104.22.1681. The error is gives me after I select Intel 8 Series Chipset Family AHCI controller is no new devices could be found, Make sure the driver files are correct and located on the driver installation media.
This is the list of files in the driver folder that I have on my USB device.

I understand are trying to install Windows7 using F6 method.
Please bear in mind F6 driver is no longer required if you are trying to install Windows 7, the driver is already included as part of the operating system package.

I wasn't hitting F6, the version of windows 7 I was using was prompting me, I found another version and that worked fine.
