Hello,
I have an Acer V3-571G, with Intel HD 4000 and Nvidia GeForce 630M 2GB.
Now I would like to set te screen resolution higher, but it's only possible till 1366 x 768 (60hz).
How can I make it to a higher res, so that the Windows 8.1 screen is a little bit smaller..
Thanks in advance.

I understand you would like to get higher screen resolution. Please try loading the latest video drivers for your computer here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000&ProdId=3712&LineId=1101&FamilyId=39 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Laptop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=3rd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4000&ProdId=3712&LineId=1101&FamilyId=39
Please filter by operating system version and try to install the driver when it finishes downloading, to verify that your system will accept it.
Also, please attach graphics report generated within graphics control panel; see the link below to obtain the report: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009476.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009476.htm

Thanks for the information.
Based on the graphics report, it looks like your computer will support up to 1366 x 768, it will not go lower or higher. The reason is that your computer video BIOS has been modified to support screen resolution 1366 x 768.
