HD 4600 driver igfx stopped responding with PS CC under Win 8.1

Hello,

i have an Asus R751LB Notebook with an Intel HD 4600 and an Nvidia 740m. I guess after the Win 8.1 update i have some issues. Photoshop CC refuses to start and freezes during start up. In the taskbar i get the message "Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered." Sometimes startup of PS CC works, sometimes not. Can't see any similarity during the freezes. Only think that work in that cases is to reboot the PC. I tried different drivers, Intel and also Nvidia for the 740m. But none of them cured the problem. Also i set the 740m to be used by default in the nvidia settings. For any hint i would be very glad.
