I should add that when I try to install it manually, I am told that it is already up to date though the version I have installed is this: 126.96.36.19912
When I try to run some games they warn me that my graphics driver might not be up to date and it tells me I need the 3496 version. Also when I run the Intel Driver Update Utility, it tells me that my driver is out of date and gives me the 3496 version to download...and then I get the message saying it is not validated for my computer. I am very confused.
I have a Samsung 700z5c-s01a laptop running windows 7 (64-bit).
I am sorry you are having problems but let me help you.
