I just finished updating my surface pro 2 and went to play a game when I got a crash. Stating that igdumdim32.dll was failing. Someone had pointed out to me that it had to do with the graphics driver. I updated through the microsoft auto update and not from the site. The crash event I have below is only for ff14 but it happens to any game I try to play.

Try updating to the new driver, not sure if your looking for a fix or just providing input.
