I’ll check that out, if I’m able to find a solution or a suggestion for your issue I’ll let you know
Though it doesn't matter much, your Host: header is incorrect, it shouldn't be "www.altervista.org", but your website, i.e. "magliani.altervista.org"
Now, what do you mean by "second time" here? I see you are sending the same data twice per the loop, why do you need that?
the first time sending the request, while the second time visualize on serial monitor.
In practice, when the sensor reads a new data I would like to send a get request and save the data to the database.
how can I do?

Ah, indeed, missed the client.* vs. serial.* difference, it was a bit late :-)
Anyway, what do you get on that second time, specifically? Is that the server simply doesn't respond? Or you get some error? Sketch crashes, etc?
It may be as simple as doing that too fast - I don't see any delays in your loop() function and it may be sending data too frequently, so the server shapes the incoming traffic or simply isn't able to process that at that rate. Try inserting some delay and see what happens.
