How can I extract the inf file from the wireless drivers (exe) file?

I am creating system recovery disk for Nortons Ghost and it requires the network drivers for my laptop.  I am using Windows 7 (64 bit), but Ghost can only work with 32 bit drivers on the recovery disk.  I need to download the 32 bit wireless drivers for my Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205, and for my Intel 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection.  When I download them from the Intel site, they are in an exe file.  Norton Ghost is looking for an INF file.  How can I get the 32 bit drivers for both those interfaces extracted, so I can point Norton to that directory to load the drivers on the recovery disk it's building?
