Did you post the same question under a different username about an hour ago? Or am I imagining things?
You do realise it's: a) Saturday b) during the night for most of the people who read this forum c) posting the same thing multiple times just clutters up the forum and means you're probably less likely to get an answer
nop im new user, i just use the same question but diferent way.
My apologies. Check out my reply to the other guy's post, it might help you too.
i already did i use 3 diferent monitors e still the same. i already email the shop where i buy to replace the item maybe is the board is gone.

Of course the NUC has power on the USB ports. If it didn't, they wouldn't be USB ports...
thank you for you support.
im saying my usb ports with NUC on DONT HAVE POWER.
the mouse and the keyboard doesnt work on usb ports.
i hink the motherboard is dead.
Not having power and not initialising are somewhat different.
No display and not initialising the keyboard says to me your RAM isn't compatible.
the RAM is this one.
Corsair Memory 4GB Value Select DDR3 SO-DIMM 1600 MHz 11-11-11-28 Dual Channel Laptop
im buying this one just in case is the RAM.
Corsair 4096MB Memory Module 1333MHz PC3-10600 DDR3 SO-DIMM 204pin 9-9-9-24
wich one you recomend to buy?
You need DDR3L-10600 - the L is important, that means 1.35V, standard RAM is 1.5V. I'm using Crucial DDR3L-12800.
cant you send me the link from your RAM or a complete name.
HELLO HELLDIVERUK thank you so much for the help

Brand Crucial Item Weight 18 g Product Dimensions 16.6 x 5.6 x 3 cm Item model number CT51264BF160BJ RAM Size 4 GB Computer Memory Type DDR3 SDRAM Voltage 1.35 volts Hardware Platform
this RAM is gonna to work, she are listed on intel nuc list memory compatible.
i hope this time everthing works.
Please go ahead and turn on your Intel® NUC without memory and see if you get three blinks as suggested in the articles below. If you do, try a single memory stick or use compatible memory.
Bear in mind that you should be getting the fan and standby LED powered on but if you do not try to check if the power supply is good.
