Intel® Rapid Start Technology  and WHS2011 (Windows Home Server 2008 R2)

    YAHO

I have a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UP5 TH motherboard which supports "Rapid Start Technology".  The motherboard has an 80 GB mSATA (SSD) installed. The processor is an Intel Celeron G1610.

I thought this would be an ideal setup for my new server and to be able to use Intel's "Rapid Start Technology".

However, after following the procedure and SSD setup, the software will not install on WHS2011 (Windows Home Server 2008 R2).

I see there is an "Intel Cache Acceleration Software" available.  But I think it starts at about $2000 (a little to rich for my $100 petty home server).

Can anyone out there help me?
