i7 4770 temp of 50C at idle IN Bios No Operating system

      Hi Guys,

I have just finished building a PC I haven't installed the operating system yet. The specs are Asus Sabertooth Z87 Mobo Intel i7 4770 processor with stock cooler 2 x 4 gig of RAM Corsair Vengance EVGA GeForceGTX 760 graphics. 650W XFX XTR Series Modular power supply Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 case

It all went together well and booted up OK, I have no intention of over clocking, I ran it for a bit over an hour today and the CPU slowly built up to 50C and stayed there the ambient temperature was about 23C and this was when it was in Bios and no Operating system installed I haven't changed anything in Bios CPU fan speed is set to Standard and is 1030 to 1050 Rpm CPU Voltage is 1.056V

The stock cooler has it's thermal medium in three strips and I worry if I were to replace it with paste I will void my warranty. What are my options do I contact my retailer and get a RMA for a new one under warranty?
