Ok, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, trying to find a good Operating System for my turn of the century PC. Here are some specs.
CPU: Intel Pentium II, 348.488MHz, 512KB Cache.
Memory: 94,316KB (Unknown type)
Networking: Bridgecom, Inc|Linksys EtherFast 10/100.
Drives: 3.5 inch 1.44MB floppy drive, DVD-ROM optical drive, 4.6GB HDD.
Current OS: Damn Small Linux
Pre-loaded OS: Windows 98
What Operating System would run well on such an old system? I have heard about Puppy Linux, but I am somewhat tempted to re install windows 98.
