[I3-2310M] Why my integrated HD3000 is not recognized?

Thanks for the reply but i'm very angry with Samsung. Customer care says me : " Andrea, it's possible YOUR CPU don't have an integrated graphic adapter". I don't know .....why samsung gave me this reply?!?!?!!

I tried to install in legacy mode Intel HD graphics. Windows take all driver but i have error 31...here is a screenshot

Also i tried to ask @ http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/ http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/ for a modded bios and enable the voice in the bios!

A question : is it possible my cpu is faulty ONLY in a graphic part? And is it true Samsung says me?

I am sorry you have been getting issues trying to enable on board graphics solution.

It appears your computer comes with switchable graphics, this means your system has Intel video and Third Party. The message you have when trying to install Intel drivers is because the usage of another video card has disabled onboard graphics. You need to check with Samsung for any BIOS settings or software within operating system to enable Intel graphics. Try updating computer BIOS.

According to your screen shot, your computer comes with Intel® HD Graphics and Nvidia graphics, this is called Switchable graphics.

The latest video driver provides support for switchable graphics, please filter by operating system and try to install the driver when it finishes downloading, to verify that your system will accept it:

The only difference between i3-2310m is the actual size of the processor for small or large computers. (Size).

I do not think the processor is defective (graphics portion) because you will not even get video at all if this part is broken.

The reason why you cannot install Intel drivers is because your computer manufacturer has modified Video BIOS and the BIOS of your computer to only accept customized drivers from them. Not generic Intel drivers.
