The Galileo Release notes section 1.4.1 found at https://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-21837 states the following:
Note: Integrated WiFi functionality (not WiFi shield) is supported in this release.
I would recommend using the Intel® Centrino N-135 as the drivers are already preloaded to the LINUX IMAGE FOR SD for Intel Galileo (to enable Wi-Fi) found here: https://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-22226
Thanks for the answer.
Would the Arduino WiFi library works with the N-135? That's what I'm really after. Getting my Arduino sketch to run un-modified.
Hi Tuan Bui,
The Arduino® Wi-Fi Library should work with the Intel® Centrino N-135.
