Actually my issue about the access to my profile page has been solved. I don't get 404 error any longer.
But the Permission Denied on the Intel Technology Provider program remains. I try what you suggested, but there is not item in the Product dropdown related to the website itself... I choose an item that looks the closest : "Program Services & Software"
I asked my question with "Intel Technology Provider" in it, and a popup windows suggest some help about different topics, including Intel Technology Provider program. When I select it, I'm just invited to visit the program main page, where I get the "Permission Denied" error if I click on the "Enroll" button...
I'm asked if that answered to my question and the only possible choices are "Yes, I am done", "Visit Support Community", "Use Advanced Search" or "Contact Support". That last choice presents to me the same product list as previous with nothing about website issues.
Where is the live chat support? I cannot find it...

When I follow your link, I choose my nationality (Français) and I get the same "Permission denied" page mentioned above (URL : https://www-ssl.intel.com/p/s/fr_FR/techprovider/home).
Is chat support restricted to already-registered Technology Provider members ?
