I found out what the problem was.
the remote control power button that can power it on is not a power button but SLEEP button and my sleep was set to "do nothing".
and I found a guide at "http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/e517a8cc-96be-47ee-978e-ce89bb8bec40/sleep-button-action-shut-down-how?forum=w7itprogeneral" that make the SLEEP button a POWER OFF through the REGEDIT
