Hi hmiko,

Thanks for the information.

Based on the report you have provided it seems your system is running an older graphics driver so I recommend you uninstalling the current driver and installing the latest from our download page.

Here are the instructions to uninstall the driver:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm

Here you have the latest graphics driver for your controller:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22519 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22519

Besides this step, I also recommend you contacting the computer manufacture so they can provide the latest bios update for your board and the Management Engine driver.

Hi hmiko,

Please make sure you are not using any display adapter in your system. Besides this, it is important to mention that the monitor must be on and connected to the system so that the system can recognize the signal.

If you are still having problems, I recommend you contacting the computer manufacture for a possible replacement.
