How to Upgrade the processor on my laptop Sony VGN-SZ110

Hello everyone,

I have a 3 years old Sony VIAO VGN-SZ110 laptop. I have a Intel Centrino Duo T2400 @ 1.83 GHz and I would like to upgrade the processor. My first guest would be to look up the newest Sony laptop from the same series and see what processor it uses, buy and use that one.

I think the newest and last of this series is Sony VAIO VGN-SZ750N/C 13.3-inch with a 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 Processor

Can I use this one or a faster processor? If it was that easy, it would be great, but I wanted to check with an expert that could provide me with some guidance. Also, do I have to upgrade the BIOS to work with the faster processor, or anything else.
