    DN2810FYK  and VC1 codec

      Hi,

I am not quite clear what the GPU graphics core in this unit is.  As far as I can tell, it is just listed at HD Video.  But in any event it would appear that the implementation of the VC1 codec in the bios and/or the graphics driver is not working properly.  Like mamy others, I intend to use the unit as a HTPC, so this would matter.  Right now I have a workaround; which is living with non-fluic motion with the videos using this codec or using a commercial app that has audio issues on my new build (Arcsoft TMT 2.0).  I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit with 8gb of supported Crucial memory.  The bios and graphics driver has been updatred.  Actually, it turned out there was no need to force the bios update as that was what the machine shipped with, but that is another story.    Thanks!1
