Hi Tarounen,

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the computer but let me help you with it.

Checking the information and the computer specifications in the web, it seems this computer may be running with the 4th generation processor.

As part of the troubleshooting steps, I recommend you updating the bios in your system and then uninstalling the graphics driver from device manager and download the latest one at the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23405&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%208.1%2C%2064-bit*&DownloadType=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09Drivers%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09

It is important to mention that the manufacture always provides the drivers for the original operating system but also, they can set software limitations. Most of the times when changing the operating system in an OEM system for a retail version, there are some features on the system that may not work properly so I recommend you contacting the computer manufacture to confirm if the unit can handle win 8.1 without any problem.

If you have done the steps mentioned in the links above, I recommend you contacting the Computer Manufacture for them to check the unit and replace it if necessary.

Try installing the latest driver from our side. Here it can be downloaded:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24245&lang=eng&ProdId=3720 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24245&lang=eng&ProdId=3720

If you have problems during the installation, try the steps here:

/docs/DOC-22542 https://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-22542

If issue persists, you may need to contact Dell to get their special driver for your computer.
