Unable to enable Virtualization: Intel i5-3210M @2.5GHz

    JonZeEpic

So, I'm running a windows 8 acer laptop, with an Intel i5-3210M processor @2.5 GHz.  I've recently been trying to enable Virtualization on my computer, which is possible according to the Intel Processor ID Utility, but there is NO feature for that in my BIOS control panel.  Can anyone help me out here?

I've supplied pictures of my BIOS control panel:

          Hi JonZeEpic,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your unit but let me help and guide you on this.

Checking the processor model it does support Virtualization Technology. However, in order to have this feature it must be enabled at the BIOS level.

I recommend you contacting the computer manufacture to confirm with them if the feature can be unlocked from the BIOS and be enabled.
