I have an NUC5PPYH and have the same issues I have a fresh install of Win 10 64 installed the latest Bios, and All drivers for it on the Intel web side.
My audio is about 1.5 seconds out of sync using HDMI to my flat screen. I never remove the HDMI cable.
I have tried uninstalling the Intel Video drivers and reinstalling with no avail.
The audio sync has worsened in the last couple of days.
I have tried VLC Player, VSO Audio Player and Windows Media player.
Two days ago the lag was 650 mil. sec. today it over 2 seconds. I am getting frustrated with this thing.
I am contacting Intel about this issue will post any response I get.

Hypokondriak, I want to know if you were able to resolve this issue because this thread was posted on Jan 12, 2014.
Billsmith1425, try to install Audio Realtek latest version; before you install it, get into the Device Manager and uninstall the Realtek High Definition Audio.
Please let me know the outcome.
