E3-1275v3 P4600 Graphics

I have this cpu installed with Server 2012 R2. I wanted to install the drivers for the p4600 graphics to just do a really basic RemoteFX run. I know it is far from optimal but still wanted to just try it out. However when I went to go add the driver through device manager it only results in a Yellow bang and the device is not usable. The driver installs no problem just the graphics adapter is not fully functioning. Is there a way I can install this driver and get use out of the p4600 graphics on server 2012 r2 or am I SOL?
