Have in mind Intel does not provide full support for Linux operating systems. The support is handled through the Linux community site at http://www.linux.com/community
Additionally, some users had reported using OpenElec without issues but version 2.99.

Thanks for your quick response. Does this feature works under Windows? i.e. will I be able to start/stop/suspend unit with IR remote under Windows? Would USB ports have power when unit is off?
Have in mind windows needs drivers to work properly, if the computer is on "off" state, you may need to check with your device or software developer for the features that can make this thing to work when the computer is off

I installed Windows and it does come back after suspend ( i.e. LED turns solid on NUC ) but I don't see anything on display.. Any clue on resolving this?
