Drivers are updated fine but I can not trace an installation of Intel ® PROSet / Wireless Software connection utility to connect with. I have førsøgt to download 16.6.0 and 16.1.5. Also tried manual with 16.6.0 14/11/2013 from the link below:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProductFamily=Wireless+Networking&ProductLine=Intel%C2%AE+Wi-Fi+Products&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Dual+Band+Wireless-AC+7260# &OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09%09Software%20Applications%0A%09%09%09%09%09%09
When I run the program there will be a program icon in the middle of the screen but nothing happens and I can not find any Intel Installation.

You won't be getting any support from Intel since the card was not installed and not on the list of WiFi cards that the OEM imposed.
If Proset Wireless software and drivers don't work, the WiFi card is incompatible with your computer.

Please provide more information such as system model and operating system.
It is possible you are installing the driver-only package; one way to know is by taking a look into the filename.
