Unless you have an Intel Desktop Board, you can go here with the model number of the board and download appropriate drivers for your audio controller:
You need to select your motherboard model and search for audio drivers for your operating system version.

I don't have a desktop, is a customized laptop and the board is this one W35xSTQ_370ST
I've contacted the guys that mounted my laptop and told me that I have a Realtek audio card, so I don't know why when I install the Realtek drivers, Windows still use their default drivers.
