This is my system driver detected and its current driver installed. But the device manage says the driver installed is 184.108.40.206.
The correct package version should be 16.5.3. However, the driver version you have in device manager is correct.
If the issue persists after using the latest version above, I would recommend checking if you have any third party virtual (wireless or VPN) adapters in device manager, or related third party software. This has been reported by other users as cause of the issue.
You should see the option “add a wireless display” even if the TV adapter is not close or is off. When the TV adapter is on and within range you should see its name showing up after quick moment.
