I have this mother board DH67CL can i use Open gl 3.1 without a graphic card?

Hi chethan,
OpenGL depends on the graphics controller and the processor model, the graphics technology included on an Intel processor with 3rd generation graphics supports OpenGL up to 4.0 version. Also version 3.0 is supported when using 2nd generation graphics.
