vPro Support on i5 4300M HP ProBook 650 G1 Notebook PC?

I tried configuring a laptop for purchase on the HP web site and even after selecting the Core i-5 4300M processor, the specification on the order still said "No vPro Technology support."

I'm wondering if this is just a glitch in their website or if HP somehow disabled vPro from working on this laptop no matter which CPU it has.

The Intel ARK site says the the 4300M should have vPro support,

      ARK | Intel® Core™ i5-4300M Processor (3M Cache, up to 3.30 GHz)

Is there more required to purchasing a vPro laptop beyond just selecting a new laptop with a CPU that is vPro-capable according to the ARK site?
