I had the same problem as you, it turned out that we have existing drivers on our system (is yours a Dell?)

If you are having problems to install the driver using the Intel Driver Update Utility, as timboss says, the problem may be related to the driver you currently have installed.
Try doing the following:
- Uninstall the driver from device manager.
- Download the latest driver for your controller at the following link:
