Also, I recommend you testing with a fresh installation of the operating system or testing also a different HDD in case there is a problem with the hardware.
I have already updated BIOS, MB drivers and SSD firmware but the problem still persists
I did change the SSD drive to a HDD but that had no effect on the problem
should this be a warranty return?
