Hello Leon3357, which Intel® Rapid Storage Technology version are you trying to use?
On BIOS, the SATA mode is set as RAID, AHCI or IDE?
You can try downloading version 18.104.22.1684 and then 22.214.171.1246
- 126.96.36.1994 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=15251&ProdId=2101&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20(64-bit)*&DownloadType=
I tried this one:
I'll try 188.8.131.524 and let you know. Also, what is the easiest way to find the answer to your question regarding RAID, AHCI or IDE? I apologize for my ignorance. Just a dad trying to get this !@#@!$ thing back to running for his daughter. Thanks for the help!

On an Intel motherboard, you would need to access the BIOS pressing the F2 key. Then check under configuration/ SATA mode/.
On a Toshiba computer you would need to press the “delete” key. So please restart the computer, and start pressing that key continuously. You need to access BIOS before the operating system is loading.
184.108.40.2064 downloaded and brought up the storage manager board(?) so I am assuming this has fixed the problem. I ran the dignostics and it said all drivers were up to date and the computer was working correctley. Is there something specific I should look for?
If you are not getting the same error, it looks like the issue has been solved. However I recommend you to backup all you information once in a while.
