Please provide an inventory of the hardware that is installed in that system, such as memory, processor, and SATA devices such as optical drives, etc.
Additionally include the system report generated by Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology:

I can't open the RST application, thus I can't generate any system report.

Are you able to open the application if you remove the two optical drives that you have connected in the system?
Could you please copy paste here or upload the dxdiag report from your system?
Correct and its being investigated at this moment. I suggest to monitor that thread for updates on this specific issue
it has been a while, but this issue has not yet been fixed.
The latest RST release, 18.104.22.1681, still exhibits the same behaviour.
When is this bug going to be fixed?
We have not had luck recreating this issue yet.
I suggest you following up in the thread you posted above or updating the drive’s firmware.
I tried the latest release, 22.214.171.1248.
The bug hasn't been fixed yet, the service and the application keep crashing.
126.96.36.1990 doesn't fix it, either.
And the issue is really easy to reproduce: just plug in two optical drives in an Intel controller configured for RAID mode, and try to install and run the RST software.
