In fact this unit is part of the 4th generation processors and it does support the feature mentioned and it is enabled by default on it. If you are having problems with the video quality I recommend you the following:
- Update the codec’s on your vide player.
- Test the video in a different player or test a different video file.
- Update the graphics driver for your controller. You can get the latest driver at the following link:

I already have the latest Intel drivers from your link and will change the codec (from the standard Microsoft one) to something else.
