I tried to update my HD3000 drivers for Win 7 64bit today, and for the most part it appeared they were successful. However, most of my games on Steam either don't display anything at all, or if they do it's just a jittering vertical red line on the right side. Curiously, Skyrim works fine so i know the drivers are working, it just appears to be having trouble with certain games. So far I've found that ARMA II, F1 2012, and Torchlight are all failing to display and they lock up the computer in the process. They worked perfectly fine pre-update.
I have tried starting in Safe Mode, no difference. I have tried restarting multiple times. I have tried reinstalling the drivers. Searching for the problem doesn't really bring up any results that are similiar to my problem as far as I can tell.
The drivers I used are found here: Download Center
I tried looking for HP OEM drivers but was redirected to the Intel site.
And finally, here's my dxdiag:

Hi flechensabre,
We have a tested game list from our side for your Graphics Controller. In case that a game is missing there is because it has not been either tested or is not compatible with the controller. You can check the list at the following link:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/intelhdgraphics3000_2000/sb/CS-032052.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/intelhdgraphics3000_2000/sb/CS-032052.htm
Since you have tested our latest generic driver, my best recommendation is to contact the computer manufacturer so they can provide a generic driver for your unit.
