In order to get the exact model, you would need to search on the web since I’m not sure if there are still any available in stock.
Some basic troubleshooting you can try would be to remove the CMOS battery and leave the system without it for at least an hour. Then, put it back in and restart the system. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-028780.htm?wapkw=clear+cmos+battery#datetime
If you have another compatible processor, you may want to test it, just to discard if the one you were using, is defective.

If the board doesn't recover from removing the CMOS battery for at least an hour (I would give it 24 hours), then you should inspect the board's electrolytic capacitors. Capacitors degrade with age and exposure to heat.
Look for bulging or leaking capacitors. The best way to check the capacitors is with an ESR meter, because not all defective capacitors have visual indications of being defective.
Do a Google search for testing capacitors with an ESR meter and recapping motherboards.
