According to your post, you already updated the BIOS to the latest version but the issue persisted.
You may want to roll back to BIOS version 0109 since this BIOS fixed an issue where PS/2 keyboard does not work during POST and in BIOS Setup when PS/2 port is disabled. Download Center
The following link will guide you on how to perform a BIOS recovery. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-023360.htm
Still problem was not solved
EVEN I CAN NOT ACCESS KEYBOARD IN BIOS.
kINDLY SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS WELL AS POSSIBLE
@sylvia_intel Replay madam i have tried all the solutions you have given here
So any solution to get back to 0048, in this version all these things working GREAT.
Once a board has been converted to 0099 or later, it will no longer be possible to downgrade the BIOS to version 0048 or earlier. Attempting a BIOS downgrade to a previous version may fail – the board BIOS will remain at its current version.
The only solutions I can give you are to try using a USB keyboard or to replace the motherboard and keep BIOS version 0048.
If the motherboard is still under warranty please get in touch with our Warranty Department so they can help you to replace the unit: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/contactsupport
Thanks @sylvia_intel for replay.....!!!!
