Jaygosar, let me inform you that this motherboard has been out of support since June, 2010. http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-031583.htm .Also, Windows 7 is not a supported operating system for it therefore; there are no plans for making drivers http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-008326.htm

What we can recommend you is to test the system out of the chassis, minimal configuration. (Motherboard with embedded processor, power supply and 1 memory stick).
Remove the CMOS battery and leave the system without it for about an hour. Then put it back on and restart the system.
