Sorry to hear that. Please try this driver for your graphics controller:
When I ran that download you linked, it gave me the same error message I mentioned previously "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
However then Windows popped up a message saying it appeared that the program/software was not installed correctly and asked if I wanted to try installing it again.
When I chose "YES" to reinstalling it again, this time an error message popped up saying that my Operating System is not supported.
I am running Win7 64bit, an OEM version which I have gone through the Genuine Verification process for.
I am sorry to hear that. From our side this is the generic driver we have from our side at this point. Even though you already tried the driver from the computer manufacturer, I recommend you contacting them directly to get their software since they are able to set limitations or modify the drivers specifically for each computer they have developed.
Thanks for the suggestion of going to my motherboard manufacturer to get a VGA driver, as I now realise that they didn't include a VGA driver in the Utilities Disk which came with their CD and I figured I would get the VGA driver from Intel, rather than them.
The VGA driver from my Motherboard manufacturer did install and the Intel® Driver Update Utility, now also works.
I do have another VGA related problem, but I think I will start another thread about that.
Thanks for your help regarding this issue.
