It is important to say that Intel ® provides the hardware to the computer system manufacturer and they will design special software for their units.
I recommend you contacting the computer system manufacturer so they can provide the latest chipset driver for your computer.
this is what I recommend to do:
1. Update the Intel RAID and AHCI ROM modules of your mainboard BIOS. You may find interesting informations from a user with exactly the same mainboard here: http://www.win-raid.com/t119f23-raid-x-slow-performance-2.html#msg1337
2. Install the best AHCI driver for your system. AFAIK it is the Intel RST driver v220.127.116.116 WHQL. You can find it here: http://www.win-raid.com/t2f23-Intel-R-RST-RSTe-Drivers-actual-RST-e-v-WHQL.html
3. If you want to get the newest Intel Chipset Device Software (= INF Update Utility) installed, I recommend to take the newest package v18.104.22.1686. You can get it here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775
