need help with hdmi since manufacture rep can't help

I have no hdmi signal and the device manager show no hidden hdmi port in sound or display. I have the text for dxdiag and intel graphics listed below . Enable and disable the graphic card 3000 but no luck

any solutions? I'm ready to disconnect my hdmi port and install a new hdmi port but I know its a software problem and not hardware.

Hello arzelee,

Based on your description, there is a chance that the hardware is damaged and due to this is not being recognized.

From our side, I can recommend you reinstalling the driver and install the latest one from our side that can be downloaded at the following link:

I also recommend you testing another HDMI cable since the one you are using may be damaged. In the case that issue persists, contact he computer system manufacturer so they can check the hardware of your system for any possible replacement of the product.
