Intel HD Graphics 4000 will not support blu-ray playback

      Hello all,

I have an ASUS A55A laptop pc. The operating system is Windows 8 64bit. The graphics card installed is Intel HD Graphics 4000 v9.17.10.3114.

I have an external blu-ray player, an LG Slim Portable Blu-ray Multi Drive. The blu-ray playback software is PowerDVD 10.0.2930.52.

Here's my problem. I am using a program called cyberlink bd advisor. This program runs a compatibility test to determine whether my computer is capable of blu-ray playback. Currently, blu-ray disks will not play from my external drive, and BD Advisor states that my system will not support blu-ray due to my graphics card driver. It tells me that version 9.17.10.3114 is not acceptable. I have attached a screenshot of the problem.Problem.png

What can I do to get my system to play blu-rays? Any assistance would be most appreciated.
