Agradecido.

Just to make sure, you refer that the image on the monitor flickers?
Could you please provide the model of the external monitor/TV displays you tested with?
Are you using any type of adapter or converter in between the monitor and the VGA port in your system?
Are you seeing this issue when you boot the system to the system BIOS or when you boot to the operating system on safe mode?

Olá Diego
Respondendo
1. Correto, a imagem no monitor treme!
2. Monitor LG FLATRON E2241
3. Não estou usando adaptador, somente o cabo VGA.

And have you tried adjusting the refresh rate on the video properties? Or tried using a different video resolution?
information on where to check that setting is available here:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009488.htm Graphics | How To Verify Resolution, Colors, And Refresh Rate
What is the native video resolution for the monitor you have connected?
Please post the diagnostic report generated by the video controller. The following article explains how to get this informational report:

Have you tried using the latest monitor driver provided by LG?
Did you test using the latest video driver provided by your laptop manufacturer? Did you also update the system BIOS?
Did you see the screen flicker when testing for example 1920 by 1080 (60 Hz) or 1680 by 1050 (60 Hz) or 1024 by 768 (60 Hz)? Please test with all these three.
